diyAudio -- Specifically, I check out the Loudspeaker forums and Tubes, sometimes Digital if I feel like being lost
GM70: Boatanchors Amp Club -- The home for amplifiers weighing more than small children and some supermodels
Foobar Forum -- For all things Foobar
Lansing Heritage Forums -- Lots and lots of info on JBL products
BetterAudioClub -- The OswaldsMillAudio forum. Not the most active forum around, but always some pretty smart dialogue

Vendors Worth Patronizing

Antique Electronic Supply -- I get a lot of tubes from these guys
Bottlehead -- I've only gotten a couple C4S kits from them and some PCBs, but for kits I couldn't imagine not buying from Dan and Paul
CryoParts -- If you're into getting cryo'd parts, they're a good place to start
DIYCable -- Kevin is another stand-up guy in the audio business
Front Panel Express -- Without FPE, I'd have to drill all those holes in sheet metal myself - zero interest in that
Heyboer -- Very nice custom power transformers. Speedy and they don't bill you until you receive the iron
Magnequest -- Mike Lafevre makes excellent trannies and is local to boot
PartsConnexion -- I have always gotten great service, and they have a good selection. Pretty much my default supplier for resistors, capacitors, etc.
Take Five Audio -- Another small outfit with good service and a nice parts selection
VH Audio -- Chris is on the short list of places I begin when I'm looking for parts, in particular cable and the like
ExpressPCB -- I've gotten a couple boards made here, and the product & service have both been stellar
